BOOKING POLICY

Sage & Stone Studio is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. These are the details of our Booking Policy for our skin clinic. When a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, they prevent another client from being treated.
A 50% deposit is required for all online bookings. If a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, Sage & Stone Studio reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service that was booked and would normally be charged.
If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, Sage & Stone Studio reserves the right to charge a no show fee equivalent to 50% of the service that was booked.
All cancellations and changes must be made 24 hours in advance.
